Halfacre Construction has always welcomed new contractors to present their services. It is a requirement to download and fill out the subcontractor package and fax it back to the office for review. We require all subcontractors to carry Liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance. Please contact us at 941-907-9099 if you have any problems downloading these forms.

Consistent communication with all subcontractors throughout the building process is essential to our success.  We encourage all subcontractors to develop construction schedules to keep realistic goals.
